We work with educational institutions to support the development and implementation of their racial inclusion strategies, which include an annual calendar of key stage-focused racial inclusion conferences, subject & business-specific CPD webinars, and signposting of education and career opportunities for students of African Caribbean heritage.

In addition, for schools, we run an annual School Register from January to December. The register acts as a communication channel between our members and schools, enabling schools to continually listen, learn and strategise around the issues that students, teachers, and parents communicate.

Registered schools will have access to 3 racial inclusion-focused CPD webinars per annum (x2 for the EDI lead, x1 for Heads) and the sessions are for those tasked with leading on EDI and safeguarding. The sessions will facilitate cross-school learning, open discussion, and problem-solving, whilst incorporating racial inclusion best practice.
