Inclusive Recruitment and Progression Conference 2023

Exploring and understanding the experiences of Black and Ethnic Minority teaching professionals in the education sector and their career progression.

In conjunction with the City of London School for Girls, we invite Black and Ethnic Minority individuals that are currently in the teaching profession or that are interested in embarking on a career as a teacher to our conference to be held:

Wednesday 5th July
14:00 – 18:30

The event will be an opportunity to hear an honest account from other Black and Minority Ethnic teachers who have recently entered the sector, that are in SLT, as well as heads about their experiences that will include perceptions, challenges, and most importantly opportunities.

Each section of the event will allow attendees to ask questions and the day will end with a networking session with refreshments provided.
